The Japandi Collection is produced on demand and exclusively in France. Delays vary depending on the items and their manufacturing complexity:

• Furniture : between 5 and 6 months
• Fabrics: between 2 and 3 months
• Table service : between 2 and 3 months
• Wallpapers : between 1 and 2 months

You will be informed by email of the progress of the manufacturing and your potential delivery date.

All the furniture and decorative objects sold by Fantastic Home are under official Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings licenses.

You will receive your certificate of authenticity at the same time as your furniture/object. The latter guarantees the originality of the part as well as its serial number.

In addition, you will find :
– On the furniture: an engraved plate indicating the serial number and the license
– On fabrics & dinner service: official labels and engravings

Your Fantastic furniture is delivered fully assembled in the room of your choice, subject to accessibility by elevator or wide stairwell.

When you order your furniture, you do not pay for delivery. The real cost of this one will be communicated to you after study of your localization.

Fantastic furniture is delivered exclusively by private carrier to preserve its integrity and quality to your home.

Estimated PREMIUM delivery costs by country :

– Metropolitan France: between 280€ and 350€ including tax depending on your location
– Corsica: between 400€ and 450€ including tax depending on your location
– Belgium: between 320€ and 390€ including tax depending on your location
– Germany: between €380 and €430 including tax depending on your location
– Netherlands: between 380€ and 440€ including VAT depending on your location
– Switzerland: between €450 and €550 including tax depending on your location
– United Kingdom: between 520€ and 600€ excluding VAT depending on your location

Note: for Switzerland & the United Kingdom, customs fees may be applied and are charged to the customer.

These rates are applied for deliveries in “normal conditions” up to the 3rd floor without elevator.

A supplement may be charged in the following cases, upon quotation:
– Difficulty of access
– Urgent deliveries
– Delivery to the floor outside normal access: above the 3rd floor without elevator
-Delivery in altitude >1000m

An online tracking link will be sent to you upon arrival of your furniture to ensure fast and accurate delivery.
